Are you playing along?

The big news at Memory Works is the 30 Days, 30 Cards event being hosted by the Team Works gals.  You must have seen the daily posts with sketches and the card that's been created from the sketch.  My pile of Christmas cards is growing by leaps and bounds as I've been playing along.  Check this out:

This is my pile so far.  As you can see, I've started all my cards with a kraft cardstock base and built on that.  I purchased several of the 6"x6" paper pads from the various Christmas lines along with some of the embellishments that went with each line.  I used them as my jumping off point.  I think I've inked just about every edge, that's my style.

Here is my take on today's sketch.  I used Echo Park's This & That Christmas papers, chipboard embellishment, and a peel-off sentiment.

I am loving the 30 days event, and I've been printing off the sketches to use to make all occasion cards as well.  Pull out your supplies and play along.  Link your interpretation to the 30 Days header for a chance to win a great prize from the home office.  Let me take a minute to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving.  See you next Saturday!
