Creative Friday

 

 

Hi! Cathie Hollins here!  Welcome to Creative Friday. Today I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself and share with you a Sn@p album I'm making for my father-in-law for his 90th birthday. 

 

I have been a member of the TeamWorks team since 2012 and a consultant with MemoryWorks since May 2012. I have been scrapbooking since high school.  I enjoy many other crafts including, crocheting, tole painting and counted cross stitch to name a few. Some of my favorite products that Memory Works carries include, Crate Paper, Authentique and My Mind’s Eye. I am also a huge fan of Simple Stories!  I am so very excited to be on the MemoryWorks TeamWorks team again this year and look forward to many exciting and fun projects in the coming year.

I am making this album using the 6 x 6 paper pad Documented from Simple Stories.  I have also used some of the cardstock stickers from the same line.  I love the neutral colors in this line and I have found it works for many different types of projects.  You can see all the fabulous Simple Stories products here.

I also used a few stickers from the Simple Stories Generations and I added the skeleton key from the January Express Kit.  This album will contain the birthday cards my father-in-law receives as well as the pictures of him and each guest.  Instead of using a traditional guest book we are having the guests sign shipping tags and I will put them into the book with the guests picture.
