Holiday cash burning a hole in your pocket?

Hope your Christmas (or other special holiday) was wonderful! And I hope Santa was good to you. If he stuffed your stocking with some cash, moolah, dough, or dinero, then head straight to the MemoryWorks Trend Essentials and check out all the new stuff! I especially love all the Valentine's stuff.

For instance My Mind's Eye Beloved Line

And Pink Paislee's line Cupid

And as I stare out out the window at the snow covered ground, it is quite cheerful to see some Spring products also making an appearance in the form of Basic Grey's Origin line.

With every new release, Basic Grey seems to add more and more coordinating accessories. They now have journaling blocks and canvas tags. In addition to their now standard, buttons, "woolies", and "pops" (oh my!).

There's sure to be something new that will strike your fancy. And you can find it all from the comfort of your nearest computer. So no need to face the cold or the after Christmas shopping crowds. Just click your way to memory-works.com.

December Ideas and Inspirations

This month's Ideas & Inspirations projects were made by TeamWorks member Kari Roach. She got to play around with We R Memory Keepers Merry & Bright Collection. I know one of my recent post, I posted some of the projects she did using this collection. I will post the pics from the prior post and pics of some cute cards Kari made using the WRMK collection.

I love Kari's projects she made from this awesome collection from We R Memory Keepers. I had made an advent calendar last month using the Advent paper from the theme set. I made my advent calendar 3-D using a shadow box. I love how Kari used a frame for hers. It is nice to see different variations of this kit. Nice job Kari!

There's MAGIC in the air!

It's that time of year...teacher gifts, party favors, neighbor gifts...a million "small tokens of appreciation" to make and give, nagging at your conscience...sound familiar? :)

Never fear...here are a couple of little projects you can whip up in no time at all, using a few scraps (I used the November Express Kit) and items you're sure to have at home!

Tie a tiny key to a festive tag with instructions to hang on the front door on Christmas Eve for those with no chimney:
Dress up a tiny vial of glitter to jazz up the snow outside...you never know when Frosty will come to town!
Mix up some oatmeal, dried cranberries and glitter (make sure kids and pets know NOT to eat it!) and make some "Reindeer food" to sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve...then the reindeer know where to go!
Enjoy making your fun gifts...and if you're a MemoryWorks consultant, don't forget to come share your ideas with us on the new MemoryWorks Studio message board!
Happy Holidays!

December Inspiration

What do you get when you take We R Memory Keepers Merry & Bright Theme Set and combine it with a Maya Road Scroll Chipboard Album? A very cute mini album like the one made by TeamWorks Member Kari Roach. She also did an advent calendar using the advent paper from the WRMK Merry & Bright Theme Set. Take a look at her creations.

Kari's projects came out so cute!! I love the WRMK theme set. That paper is awesome, especially the Advent paper. It comes pre-cut and scored to make your own advent calendar out of it without the hassle of trying to cut the doors and windows open. And I love the glittered ornament paper as well.

Check out the Idea Gallery on www.memory-works.com for more inspiration or click here. And while at it, check out the other products in the WRMK Merry & Bright Collection.

Happy Scrappin'!
